Product Description

There is nothing more classic than a box of assorted chocolates, but Payards unique and captivating flavors make these chocolates anything but ordinary. Each chocolate is handcrafted to create a beautiful palette of delicacies to choose from. Chocolate is an art, and this chocolate collection is a Payard masterpiece.

In collaboration with Philippe Givre of Valrhona, French pastry chef and assistant director of the famed LEcole du Grand Chocolat, and Chef Derek Poirier, executive pastry chef of Valrhona North America, Chef Payard has created an exclusive chocolate collection using the internationally acclaimed Valrhona chocolate. After much testing, François chose three distinct varieties Jivara Milk Chocolate, Guanaja Dark Chocolate and Caraibe and Manjari Chocolate each of which bolster the unique notes of the other premium ingredients curated from around the world.

Your box will contain an assortment of the following flavors:

Jivara Milk Chocolate with Fresh Key Lime Milk chocolate is filled with silky, rich ganache and infused with the bold tones of key lime. The fresh, tart lime and sweet Jivara chocolate creates a bite that is both refreshing and sinfully decadent.

70% Guanaja Dark Chocolate with Vanilla Bean Guanaja chocolate is unique to a tiny island off the coast of Honduras. Payard's recipe maintains the natural flavors of this rare chocolate. The dark, smoky tones of the 70% Guanaja are balanced by a hint of vanilla bean.

Jivara Milk and Caraibe Dark Chocolate with Salted Caramel and Vanilla Bean  The satiny blend of chocolate, salted caramel and vanilla bean creates the perfect combination of flavors and sweetness.

66% Grand Cru Caraibe Chocolate with Fresh Ginger Bold, spicy ginger is combined with sweet Caraibe chocolate, ending in a complex and delicious bite.

66% Grand Cru Caraibe and Manjari with Raspberry puree Caraibe and Manjari chocolate comes from the island of Madagascar. When mixed with raspberry puree, the flavors create the perfect marriage of decadent cocoa and fresh fruit.

Jivara Milk Chocolate with Crystallized Almonds This rich chocolate ganache features crunchy almond topping finished with a coating of smooth milk chocolate.

Jivara Milk Chocolate with a Cold Brew Arabica Coffee Infusion  This Jivara milk chocolate is infused with the smoky, roasted flavor of Arabica coffee beans. The full bodied notes of cold brew espresso adds aromatic depth and revolutionizes the traditional chocolate/coffee combination.

66% Grand Cru Caraibe Manjari Chocolate with Jasmine Tea Caraibe and Manjari chocolates come from the island of Madagascar. When fused with jasmine tea, the chocolate transforms to be more exotic and complex with each bite.

    If my husband weren't on a diet, I would have gotten a larger box! The chocolates are beautiful and taste just as good as they look. I always order something a little different for my husband. He was especially grateful this year. Thanks for the chocolates!
